Overview
Covey Australia dedicates to provide our clients strong supports to the products, services and markets. Hereby, we provide this Return Policy to clarify the how we go if there are any products exchange or return required, as well as any cost may occurs. 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after we delivering your item(s) to contact our team about return, Items must be in original packaging and condition (subject to inspection by Covey Australia staff). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, refund or exchange may not be granted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with our Returns Policy prior to any purchase to ensure that in the case of any issues post-purchase, the process is as smooth as possible and reduce the extra cost generates.
Below Products/ Cost are Non-refundable if:
- Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return
- Standard items only are allowed to return, Customized items are non-refundable
- For Nano-coating products are applied to 30-day return policy, though $150 AUD of Nano-coating operation fee is non-refundable
- Tax or GST for Government
- Delivery Fee
Costs are entailed to be covered by customers:
- 20% restocking fee of product cost based on Retailer Prices for each item to exchange or return will be applied
- If End-user customers proceed swap with Covey Australia directly, 20% restocking fee of product cost based on RRP instead of Retailer Prices
- Restocking fee is based off customer return the items to Covey Australia warehouse or Covey collect in Retailer Register Warehouse
- If Covey Australia Collect from Residences of Metropolitan Sydney entails pick up fee is same as delivery refer to “Covey Australia Shipping Rates 2023”
- Costs of return postage are to be incurred by the customer
- $60AUD of re-packing fee will be generated if return items with damaged package that affect secondary-sale
- Costs of return items broken may various as per the damage degree
- Compensation required according to the value if any accessories or parts missing from the package
If your order satisfies all points within our Returns Policy, we are more than happy to arrange a(n):
- Exchange for a similar product
- Retailer credit (valid for 12 months)
- Refund via your original payment method
Damaged Product
Covey Australia is proudly on offering Australia market with affordable, high-quality products. We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their products on delivery to make sure the right items and in good condition. However, in the rare case that a product with a fault (crack, broken part, scratch etc.) we are more than happy to replace the item(s) free of charge. In order for you to claim a replacement for a damaged product, a claim in writing must be provided to Covey Australia within 7 business days of receiving the goods. When claiming for a faulty product, we do require proof of fault (i.g. photographs of damage) in order to successfully process your claim. After 7 days, it is deemed that the customer has accepted both the goods and liability for the goods.
Return & Exchange Procedures
Return
- Email Covey Australia with original Purchase Order Number and describe the items need to be returned
- Clarify the return method to Covey Australia, collect in retailer store by Covey or Ship to Covey
Exchange
- Email Covey Australia as per Return procedure and ask for credit note or cash back
- Place a new order with the item needed with New PO number
Delivery Turn Around
Depending on different locations, Delivery time for Return/ Exchange may vary. Typically, 3-7 business days will complete this procedure.
