FOR HINGES AND GLASS MOUNTING BRACKETS
Regular maintenance of your screen hinges and fittings is necessary to keep them functioning smoothly. Every 3-6 months:
• Check that all screws on the hinges and glass mounting brackets are firmly secured; tighten any loose screws.
• Clean any dirt build-up with warm water and a small amount of dishwashing liquid. Rinse well and pat dry with a clean cloth.
• Use a few drops of machine oil to lubricate the moving parts of the hinges.
CLEANING & CARING FOR YOUR SHOWER SCREEN
Note: Wiping the glass dry with a microfiber cloth and/or using a squeegee after showering will help limit scum build-up on the glass and reduce the need for heavier cleaning.
• When cleaning your shower screen, only use products specifically designed for shower screens and follow the product instructions for best results.
• Alternatively, you can make an effective cleaner by mixing 1 part white vinegar to 10 parts water. Spray or sponge the vinegar mixture on the glass, then wipe and buff dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
IMPORTANT
• Failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions on this page may void all warranties.
• Do not use blades, metal scrapers, abrasive cloths/sponges, steel wool, or abrasive or acid cleaners on any part of your shower screen.
• Do not allow cleaning agents or liquids, including water, to remain in contact with the glass or frames for long periods.
